K-Beauty: Neogen Blueberry Real Fresh Foam Cleanser

Hi my loves! If you have ever read my blog, you would know how much I love Korean skincare and their beauty products.

Today’s post is about Neogen’s product: their Real fresh foam. There are few types of Real fresh foam: Green tea, Cereal, Cranberry and the one I purchased – Blueberry.

Neogen is one of the most popular brands when it comes to Korean skincare products. I have used their Wine Bio Peel Gauze – (review here), so I was looking forward trying out this cleansing foam.

I usually get my Korean skincare products from jolse.com. The price of this skin cleanser is 18 USD for 160 g of product.

Descripition:

Gentle and hydrating foam cleanser formulated with natural ingredients and featuring 100% real blueberries freshly delivers moisture deep into skin with every cleansing experience. Its hypoallergenic foamy lather smoothly cleanses away all impurities, wastes, and makeup without any irritation, leaving the skin smoother and fresher.

Pump 1 to 2 puffs and gently massage all over wet face. Rinse well with lukewarm water.

This foam is meant to be a part of your double cleansing routine. This means that it by itself will not completely wash off all of your make-up, but it’s the perfect water-based cleanser to follow your oil-based cleanser.

Full list of ingredients you can find here.

You must have noticed the fact that this product has real blueberries! This means that it has real fermented ingredients.

Why are fermented ingredients beneficial for your skin?

Fermentation is a natural process that takes a quite a bit of time. It happens when yeast produces enzymes. The product naturally forms anti-oxidants, amino acids and vitamins that are so important for the skin. It also breaks down complex molecules into smaller and it results in quicker absorption into the skin.

These skincare products often contain yeast, herbs and fruits.

If you have hyper pigmentation, dehydrated skin, fine lines – fermented skincare product may just become your best friend.

Packaging:

I really like it: a clear plastic bottle that has a pump which produces a perfect soft and silky foam. As I mentioned before, there are real blueberries inside of each bottle – they are down at the bottom of the bottle.

Final thoughts:

Neogen Real fresh foam cleanser has great packaging, it is super easy to use and I love having it as part of my double cleansing routine. First I use an oil based cleanser (like Heimish All Clan Balm) and then wash it all off with Blueberry Real fresh foam cleanser. I like the fact that it cleanses my skin in a gentle way, without leaving it dry and dehydrated. I would recommend it for sure!

Are you a fan of K-beauty products? What are your favorites? I would love to read in the comments below.

Until next blog post…

Love,

Marina

I really like this site. It takes a bit longer for they to ship-comparing to ex. BeautynetKorea which ships superfast. Jolse has a great variety of brands, loyality program where you earn points for each purchase and are very generous with samples. It is my favorite shop for K-beauty products. And no, I’m not sponsored, this is true love 🙂

Yes, I love blueberries because of its benefits for the skin: brighten it up, making it glowy and hydrated. When superfood meets skincare 🙂
