Today I will be writing a review about Korean skincare product created by their well-known brand It’s Skin, Miracle Berry Radiance Emulsion.
Description and claims:
‘This product helps to manage moisture retention and leaves your skin feeling healthy. It contains Adenosine and Niacinamide that help to manage the appearance of fine lines and skin radiance.
Apply an adequate amount of product in the hand and gently massage over your face and neck with light circular motions.’
This emulsion comes in a beautiful pink ombre packaging, both the box and the bottle. The box has kinda holo effect with that pink ombre gradation. The bottle is made of high-quality plastic, and the emulsion comes out of the rose gold pump with a white top. Everything is nice and sturdy. It has 150 ml of product for around 20 USD (price varies, I purchased it on sale for 17 USD) on www.jolse.com.
I am a sucker for a beautiful packaging and I must confess that this is one of the prettiest packaging of beauty products in my collection.
Texture, performance and scent:
The texture is white and milky. It is hydrating and sinks into the skin without leaving any greasy residue.
In my opinion it smells sweet, so this might be a problem for someone who doesn’t like scented skincare products. I personally don’t mind.
Adenosine is a good soothing and skin-restoring agent, while Niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3, is known to decrease hyperpigmentation while brightening the skin. And I must mention the star of the show, all the berries extracts who are here for the elastic, healthy and glowy looking skin. Just to name some: Fragaria Chiloensis – the beach strawberry, Rubus Deliciosus – the delicious raspberry, Rubus Fruticosus – European blackberry, Rubus Idaeus – raspberry, Vaccinium Macrocarpon – North American species of cranberry.
I like this emulsion a lot. As I have combination skin, I wore it alone during the hot and humid summer weather, but for the colder days, I combine it with other skincare products and it plays well with everything (oils, face creams, serums). Like a true Korean, it is meant to be layered with other products.
I sure give it a thumbs up for gray, lifeless skin that needs some radiance. Also, it is ideal for someone with hyper pigmentation on their face, as niancinamide is just the right ingredient because of it whitening properties.
These are my thoughts on this product. Have you tried it or you might have a similar product that you like?
