Today I’m writing about my favorite breakfast: Smoothie!
This is my favorite type of meal when in a hurry or when I just don’t want to cook anything. Plus, it doesn’t have to be for breakfast only. This will give you enough energy so you can manage all your chores without eating junk food on the go.
Here is what you need:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 peach
- 1 teaspoon of peanut butter (I buy 100% one)
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of fine oats
- 1 cup of water or almond milk or any other milk you like
- sweetner: I put 1 scoop of vanilla protein and it makes my smoothie pretty sweet, but you can put honey or Stevia or any other type of sweetener you like. I mean, it’s your smoothie!
- ice (optional)
You blend it all in a blender for a minute or two and then you can refrigerate it for 30 minutes or drink it right away.
